Our ideal candidate is a person of excellence in need of a way to supplement their current income. Typically, our team members are professional people who have a full-time day job and are looking to make some extra money on the side in the evenings and/or on the weekends — to help pay off debt, save for a vacation, fund a hobby, or simply get ahead. If you've never pictured yourself working for a cleaning company, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

Not at all. Most of our current team members had zero prior cleaning experience before joining us. We provide full paid training, all cleaning supplies, and all equipment is kept on-site. All you have to do is show up ready to work.

The average cleaning shift is between 2 and 3 hours. Most team members work 2–4 shifts per week. We typically start new team members at 6–10 hours per week until they're comfortable, and you can adjust from there based on your goals.

You tell us your consistent availability and desired weekly hours at the time of hire, and we assign shifts to match. Once assigned, you'll generally clean the same shifts each week. Schedules are managed through a mobile app where you can review your upcoming shifts anytime. Weeknight shifts typically fall between 6:00 pm and 11:30 pm. Weekend shifts offer more flexibility.

We are a commercial cleaning company focused on professional office spaces — including weekly janitorial services, new construction cleaning, and rental turnover cleaning. We do not clean residential homes. Responsibilities include dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and break rooms, trash removal, vacuuming, and mopping. All supplies and training are provided.

New team members go through paid training sessions before cleaning solo. Training covers our company culture, policies, procedures, cleaning techniques, and account-specific orientation at the location you'll be assigned to. You'll be fully equipped before you're ever on your own.

You'll never be left hanging. Our operations team is available to respond to messages and needs while you're on shift. You'll have access to night managers who can handle supply needs, answer questions, and help resolve anything that comes up. Our goal is to make every team member feel supported and valued.

Team members are paid as W2 employees on a biweekly basis via direct deposit. Hours are tracked through our mobile app. Pay stubs are accessible through an online payroll portal. Compensation details are discussed during the hiring process.
